At UMA ENGINEERS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold a transparent terms & conditions. When you place an order with us, you agreed to the following terms:

1. Payment & Order Confirmation

• All payments must be made through accepted methods — credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or direct bank transfer — before order processing begins.

• An order is confirmed only after full payment is successfully received.

• Customers may choose to pay either 80% or 100% in advance. The delivery process will start only after full payment, including delivery charges and any remaining balance, is received.

2. Manufacturing Policy

• UMA ENGINEERS follows a make-to-order production model — no items are pre-manufactured.

• Production starts only after order confirmation.

• Manufacturing lead times depend on order size, complexity, and material availability.

• Order changes are allowed only before raw materials are procured. Once procurement starts, modifications cannot be made.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on destination, shipping method, and production schedule.

• UMA ENGINEERS is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, such as logistics issues, natural disasters, or government regulations.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before raw materials are purchased; such cancellations will be refunded immediately.

• Once raw materials are procured or production has begun, cancellations are non-refundable, unless an identical order is placed by another customer (a rare occurrence).

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery only in case of manufacturing defects.

• Returned products must be unused, and in their original.

• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods and issued only to the original payment method.

• Refund approval is subject to UMA ENGINEERS’ refund policy.

6. Pricing & Order Modifications

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• UMA ENGINEERS reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, system issues, or incorrect quotations.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing orders.

• By confirming an order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled through UMA ENGINEERS’ internal dispute resolution process.

• The legal jurisdiction for such disputes will be determined by UMA ENGINEERS, in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Resale Restriction

• All products are supplied strictly for end-use purposes.

• Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial use of products without written approval from UMA ENGINEERS is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Direct Account Transfer Cashback Policy

• Customers who pay via direct bank transfer are eligible for a 1% cashback, which will be issued after the order is fully completed and delivered.

Disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the customer and UMA ENGINEERS. Any violation may lead to legal action and/or suspension of future transactions.

The limitations and liability exclusions mentioned here apply to all claims, whether contractual, tort-based, or statutory.

As long as the website and its services are offered free of charge, UMA ENGINEERS shall not be liable for any form of loss or damage.
