Return and Refund Policy

At UMA ENGINEERS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold a transparent refund policy. When you place an order with us, you agreed to the following terms:

  • Refunds are valid only for manufacturing defects or failure to meet agreed specifications.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, and returned in their original shape, size & dimensions.

• 2. Refund Process

  • Customers should contact our support team with proof of the defect, such as images or videos, to initiate a return.

  • Once approved, return shipping is usually at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified.

  • After inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed based on the assessment.

  • If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• 3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds will be issued for items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper use, or factors outside UMA ENGINEERS control.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or modified products are non-refundable.

  • Orders canceled after raw material procurement or production commencement are non-refundable your advance payment.

• 4. Partial Refunds and Deductions

  • If returned items show signs of use, tampering, or damage not related to manufacturing defects, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

  • Shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.

• 5. Processing Time

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days after inspection.

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may affect the timing beyond our control.

• 6. Dispute Resolution

  • Refund-related disputes will be resolved per UMA ENGINEERS’ internal resolution process.

  • Applicable laws will determine legal jurisdiction.

• 7. Special Cases and Cashback Policy

  • Orders paid via direct bank transfer qualify for a 1% cashback credited after order completion and delivery.

  • Refunds in such cases will deduct any cashback already credited.

This refund policy is legally binding. Fraudulent claims or misuse of the policy may invoke legal consequences.
